Payroll Consultants

Qualifications

* Financial / accounting degree or equivalent
* Preferably a minimum of 2 years Payroll experience in Human Resources and Payroll
* Possessing work group spirit
* Self-motivated with positive attitude and goals oriented
* Highly developed negotiation and problem-solving skills with specific payroll IT skills (SAGE specialist)
* Ability to persuade and influence at all levels

Responsibilities

* Responsible for payroll processing and secure additional business
* Establish HR and payroll strategies to improve Payroll process
* Run demos, prepare and insure trainings
* Submit weekly call plans and weekly reports to the department manager
* Develop customer base as per the company targets
* Develop sound public and customer relations

Audit and Business Consultants

Qualifications

* Auditing/Financial / accounting degree or equivalent
* Preferably minimum of 2 years experience
High skills in ISA & IFRS Standards
* Possessing work group spirit And high level IT skils
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

* Analyze customers Risks using the assertion approach for business risk
* Prepare audit strategy
* Develop accurate substantive and procedural Tests
* preparing audit & assurance reports according to IAASB standaards
* Effective communication with others
* Conduct proper training sessions

Tax & Account consultant/ Manager

Qualifications

* Tax/Financial / accounting degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years solid experience in SAGE Accounting Software Implementation and Account processing/ Tunisian GAAP / Tax legislation
* Possessing work group spirit
* Leadership and communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

* Manage a portfolio of clients
* Analyze customers requirements
* Customize existing modules and/or develop new ones
* Anticipate and resolve client issues as requested
* Create project plans and discuss it with higher management and clients
* Day to day management of the Tax & accounting projects implementation and monitoring of progress
